  • Our General Assembly, formed by our Full Members from different backgrounds, has the ultimate controlling powers;
  • Our Board of Directors, composed of Full Members elected by the General Assembly, has the ultimate managing powers;
  • Our Scientific Board, composed of independent scientists, fully controls our publications;
  • Our Panel of Experts, composed of scientific experts, provides scientific advice or contributes to our publications;
  • Our Staff is in charge of all operations and websites.

The transparency of our accounts is controlled by an external Auditor.
