Digests: The Endocrine Disruptor Digest has been published.

The GreenFacts Scientific Board has given final approval to publish the GreenFacts summaries of the WHO’s 2002 IPCS monograph on the Global Assessment of the State-of-the-Science of Endocrine Disruptors. Summaries are available in English, French, Spanish and German.

Digests: Draft Mercury document is available online.

GreenFacts has released its draft document on mercury for review purposes. The document is a summary of the 2002 UNEP Global Mercury Assessment.

The GreenFacts website is being put online in German at www.greenfacts.org/de/. Levels One and Two of the GreenFacts Climate Change Digest and Level One of the Endocrine Disruptor Digest are now translated and going through a validation process. German speakers can have more information by contacting the GreenFacts Publication Manager, .

EVENTS: GreenFacts hosts a round table on bringing science to non-specialists.

As part of the DG Research international conference on Communicating European Research, GreenFacts is organizing a round table on May 12th entitled Bringing Scientific Information to Non-specialists (pdf format)
