EU Funding projects.

GreenFacts is actively engaging partners for consortia for several EU funding projects:

The Sixth Framework Programme Science and Society Call 7 on Governance and Communication. GreenFacts is proposing that the EU adopt a three-level Q&A structure approach for communicating the scientific documents to non-specialists, particularly for the publication of EU scientific reports, risk assessments and submissions to the European Parliament.

The e-Content fourth call to improve access to public sector information. GreenFacts is proposing to widen the access to scientific documents in the public domain, increase the number of languages and develop better tools for reading scientific documents on the Internet.

Parties interested in being involved with the GreenFacts consortia are encouraged to contact or consult the GreenFacts FP6 Expression of Interest.

Translation News.

GreenFacts.org is operational in English, French and Spanish. This is an important part of the GreenFacts strategy to increase the non-specialists' access to scientific information.

A limited German translation was published. GreenFacts is presently seeking funding to complete it and to produce an Italian and a Dutch translation.

The GreenFacts Consultation Report has been translated into French and can be downloaded from our Press Kit page.
A Dutch translation will be available soon.
