The GreenFacts Foundation website has been updated
The new version of the greenfacts-organization.org
website has been released. Visitors will find specific information
for policymakers, journalists, partners and funders, as well as
membership proposals.
GreenFacts launches a series of EU funding project proposals.
GreenFacts Foundation is in the process of aligning consortia for
EU project funding related to e-Content, LIFE and the DG Research
6th Framework Programme (see the GreenFacts expression
of interest at Cordis)
for financing science communication projects (as well as participating
in other consortia-led applications). For further information on
the GreenFacts-led consortia, contact .
Partnership with EurActiv.com announced.
From October, 2003, GreenFacts Foundation will become a content
partner for the EurActiv.com
Environment and Science and Research sections. It will include exchanges
of articles, press releases, analyses and assistance with links.

on GreenFacts on their webzine at: Europa
GreenFacts 2003 Conference: Conveying Science
into Policy
The GreenFacts 2003 Annual Conference entitled: "Conveying
Science into Policy: Science Communication and Environmental Decision-making" will
be held at the Atomium in Brussels on 16 October 2003. The one-day event will
bring together environment and health stakeholders, journalists, policymakers
and science communicators, to discuss the nature of environmental governance
and the role of scientific information in the decision-making process. See the Press
