16 December 2008	The quorum of 2/3 of the members required by the law having not been reached at the Extraordinary General Assembly of December 10 to vote on the change of address of the Head Office, the Board of Directors is pleased inviting you to a new Extraordinary General Assembly of GreenFacts asbl. The meeting will take place at 44 rue des Palais - 1030 Brussels on December 30, 2008. No quorum will be required for this assembly Agenda EGA - Proxy
1 December 2008	The Board of Directors is pleased inviting you to the Extraordinary General Assembly of GreenFacts asbl. Effective members are invited to deliberate and vote on the agenda below. The meeting will take place at University Foundation, rue d'Egmontstraat, 11, 1000 Brussels on Wednesday 10 December at respectively 10:00. Please note that by law, the presence of 2/3 of the members is required to validate the vote. If that quorum is not reached, a second Extraordinary General Assembly will be convened on December 30 2008at 12h30 at 44 rue des Palais – 1030 Brussels 1.
