The Annual General Assembly took place, on April 27 at the University Foundation in Brussels.

Mr. Mark Dubrulle was elected president of the board of directors of GreenFacts. Mr. Dubrulle who is a senior Advisor in Environmental Management & Communication Strategies, and a Board Member of EU Chapter of the Club of Rome, is taking over the role from Prof. Walter Hecq, who was occupying the position since Prof. Micheline Kirsch-Volders stepped down last fall in view of increasing professionnal responsabilities.
