7th December 2001

During an extraordinary General Assembly on December 7th at the WWF's Brussels head office, GreenFacts Foundation adopted its first
Microsoft Word Document"Règlement d'Ordre Intérieur" (now obsolete), which includes a definition of the rôle of the Scientific Board and guidelines on how GreenFacts Digests should be written, approved and published. The GreenFacts Scientific Board was established with Professor Michel Mercier elected as the president.
   

6th December 2001

The statutes of GreenFacts Foundation were published in Belgium's official paper "Le Moniteur Belge".
 

25th Sept. 2001

GreenFacts Foundation was officially founded on 24 September 2001.

The first assembly took place in the Clockarium Museum. The founding documents were signed by the GFF founding members supervised by GFF auditor, Fernand Maillard.

The General Assembly voted the GFF board, and the Foundation's first Board of Directors took place. The minutes of the founding General Assembly are available on-line and the Board of Director meeting minutes are restricted to members.
